Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see the details below.


RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
Lenses are non-returnable, but cancellations on lens orders are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
Returned items must be new, unused, and include all original tags and labels.

Additional Return Conditions:

  • Returns sent after 30 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee or may be denied.

  • Items must be securely packaged in a cardboard box with proper cushioning. Returns shipped in mailers, envelopes, or any packaging other than a box may not be accepted.

  • If improper packaging causes damage, a 50% restocking fee may apply.

  • Items received for return that were not sold by Lens & Luxe will be returned to the customer at their own expense or disposed of.

  • For returns that are not due to an error on behalf of Lens & Luxe (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged item), a standard $5 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount, as stated in shipping terms.


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your name and order number (found in your order confirmation email).

A prepaid return label and detailed return instructions will be sent to the email address used for the purchase. Follow the instructions to properly package the item, attach the return label, and drop it off at a USPS location.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank. An email confirmation will be sent once the return is processed.


EXCEPTIONS

  • If an item is damaged or not in its original condition, the return may be denied or subject to a 50% restocking fee.

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, contact us for a replacement or refund.


LOST OR MISSING ITEMS DURING SHIPPING

If a buyer receives the package but claims the item was missing inside the box, we reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee if the box has been opened, retaped, or tampered with.
