Lens & Luxe Price-Match Guarantee Policy
At Lens & Luxe, we are committed to offering the best value on designer eyewear. Our Price-Match Guarantee ensures that you never overpay for qualifying eyeglass frames or sunglasses when a lower price is available from an authorized U.S. retailer.
Eligible Items
The Price-Match Guarantee applies only to:
- Eyeglass frames (frame-only)
- Sunglasses with non-prescription lenses
- Sunglass frames intended to be fitted with prescription lenses
Prescription lenses are not eligible for price matching under any circumstances.
Price Match Terms
- Retailer Requirements
- The competing price must be from a U.S.-based online retailer that is authorized to sell the brand.
- Marketplace and auction sites such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Overstock, and similar platforms are not eligible.
- Product Requirements
- The item must be identical in brand, model, color, size, and condition.
- The competitor's price must be their standard listed retail price.
- Items discounted through promotions, coupons, rebates, misprints, or advertised below our cost are not eligible.
- Additional Restrictions
- A price-match discount cannot be combined with any promotional discount on lenses.
- Only one price adjustment will be granted per item.
How to Request a Price Match
Before You Order:
If you find an eligible item at a lower price before completing your purchase:
- Pause the checkout process.
- Email us at hello@lensandluxe.com or submit the request through the Contact Us page.
- Include:
- The URL of the lower-priced item
- Details of the frame you wish to purchase from Lens & Luxe
If the item qualifies, we will update the price before you complete your purchase.
After You Order:
If you've already completed your order and find a lower price within 14 days:
- Email hello@lensandluxe.com or submit your request through the Contact Us page.
- Include your Lens & Luxe order number and a link to the lower-priced item.
If the request is approved, we will issue a refund for the price difference to your original payment method within 24 hours.
Policy Enforcement
Lens & Luxe reserves the right to verify the competitor's pricing and item eligibility. We may reject a price-match request if it does not meet the terms outlined above or if fraudulent activity is suspected. This policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
