Lens & Luxe’s Price-Match Guarantee applies to the frame only. That means  we’ll match the price of eyeglass frames, sunglasses with  non-prescription lenses, and sunglass frames (that you may have fitted  with your prescription.)

We will not price-match any prescription lenses. We cannot combine two discounts on an order. If you are already using a  promotional code on lenses, a price match discount cannot be applied.

We will honor the Price-Match Guarantee for 14 days after you’ve placed  your order. If you’ve already made your purchase, and you find the  frames listed for a lower price, no worries. Contact us within two weeks  to have your purchase evaluated.

Before Placing an Order:

• If you find the frames at a lower price on another site before completing your purchase, pause the checkout process.
• Send us the URL of the competitor’s site where the item is listed at a lower price, along with details about the item you want to purchase from Lens & Luxe, using the “Contact Us” section on our website.

After Placing an Order:

• If you’ve already made your purchase but discover a lower price elsewhere within 14 days, provide your order number and the URL of the lower-priced item through our “Contact Us” section.

We will verify the competitor’s price and the match eligibility of the item. If the item qualifies, we will adjust the listed price of the item before purchase. For already completed purchases, we will deduct the difference from your credit card. This adjustment or deduction will be processed within 24 hours of the approval.

• Matched site must be a US-based online retailer that is authorized to sell the product.
• Auction sites, marketplace sites, and overrun sites such as: Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc are not eligible for price match.
• The product must be the exact same brand, color, size, and style.
• Only applies to eyeglass frames and sunglasses. Prescription lenses are excluded.
• Only applies to competitor’s retail price. Products with lower prices due to promotions and rebates are not eligible.
• Does not apply to other retailers’ misprinted or falsely advertised prices.
• Does not apply to items advertised below our cost.
