We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on orders of $100 or more in value.

Note: UPS Next Day Air does not guarantee weekend delivery. Orders shipped on a Friday may be delivered the following Monday unless Saturday delivery is specifically arranged (which is not included in our standard options). If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PRESCRIPTION ORDERS

Please note that express shipping does not include the time it takes to process your prescription lenses.

Prescription orders and orders with custom lenses typically require an additional 5–12 business days for processing. The selected express shipping method is applied after your lenses have been completed and your order is ready to ship.

Processing time may vary depending on the complexity of your order and how standard your prescription is. If you’d like an estimated shipping timeline based on your specific order, please reach out to us directly.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.

  • Shipping cut-off occurs at 4 PM CST, Monday – Friday.

  • Handling time information for products is displayed directly on the product page. Handling time varies per product.
